Every expense that must be incurred, every price will be communicated to you in total transparency and you will be able to communicate directly and verify with the accommodations every rate that we have negotiated for you.

Terms and Conditions


Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 50 euros per traveler is required to confirm a reservation for a tailor-made trip. 

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or paypal.

Once we receive the deposit, we will send you a detailed itinerary, the address of the accommodations we have selected together, the prices we have negotiated for you (so you can check and send confirmation emails to the accommodations), what to bring and travel insurance information.

Balance of Trip Payments 

The balance of the trip price is due 45 days prior to the scheduled departure date, payable in the same manner as the deposit.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds Policy 

If you need to cancel your trip reservation, we will refund your deposit, minus the following fees:

Up to 60 days before departure: no charge!

45-59 days prior to departure: 30% of trip cost

30-45 days prior to departure: 50% of trip cost

29 days or less: 80% of trip cost

When you proceed to cancel a trip, we ask that you notify us in writing via email. If you wish, we can arrange another trip in the same calendar year up to 45 days prior to the date of travel at no cost, after which time our cancellation policy applies. 


Travel insurance and protection

We recommend that you consider purchasing a travel protection plan to protect you and your trip from the unexpected. You may have coverage through your personal insurance plan or credit card services. If not, the travel protection plan we recommend, which includes coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical expenses and emergency evacuation/repatriation, trip delay, baggage delay and more. You can purchase comprehensive (global) coverage, medical coverage only, travel coverage only, cancellation or any plan that fits your personal needs.


Arrivals, Meeting Points and Departures 

The meeting and departure points are listed in the trip information folder that you will receive upon confirmation of your trip and receipt of your deposit.

The price of the trip includes

  • Organization and planning of the trip

  • Constant presence of one or more guides (us) during the whole course of the trip

  • All transportation during the tour (van, bus, boat, ferry, cable car or funicular);

  • All entrance fees to: museums, historical sites and parks.

The price of the trip does not include
  • Air and ground transportation to and from the trip and individual arrival or departure transfers

  • All meals (excluding picnics and alfresco lunches with signature foods arranged by us)

  • Personal expenses, optional gratuities or tips to managers or staff

  • Accommodation in comfortable inns, hotels, houses, castles, (except for huts and bivouacs when expressly mentioned)

  • Travel insurance

  • Expenses of a personal nature (even if no stores are found in kind)

Liability and Release

Choosing a trip that suits your abilities and level of fitness and health is your responsibility and will make the experience more enjoyable. You are responsible for reading the information material before the trip and for bringing adequate clothing and equipment according to your habits and needs and our instructions. It is essential to be open to different cultures and to act in accordance with the customs and laws of the regions you visit. You must agree to follow all written and verbal safety rules.

Always Allways reserves the right to accept, remove, detain, or refuse any Trip Member at any time for any reason that jeopardizes the progress and safety of the Trip, at its own expense. In such event, only the refundable portion of the unused services shall be the limit of Always Allways' liability.

Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions, release of liability, assumption of all risks, and binding arbitration agreement.


All services and arrangements in connection with this tour have been made by Always Allways as consultants, organizers and tour guides on the express condition that Always Allways shall not be responsible and assumes no liability for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss to persons or property resulting from injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration or inconvenience arising from any act of omission, commission or inadvertence of any accommodation, carrier, restaurant or other company or person providing any of the services of the trip, or caused by weather conditions, illness, strikes, quarantine or intentional or negligent acts of other tour members or any cause beyond Always Allways' control such as weather conditions, strikes, force majeure or governmental causes, lost or misplaced luggage, acts of terrorism or the threat thereof, force majeure, criminal activity, or any other cause beyond its control. 


I subscribe that I am voluntarily participating in this trip and acknowledge that the enjoyment of travel, such as this trip, derives in part from the inherent risks incurred by the trip and activity. I agree that I am responsible for my own well-being and accept all risks of delay, unforeseen events, negligence, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or otherwise.
